（1） Preparation before maintenance

1. Be familiar with the engineering drawings, make clear the regulations, and prepare materials and tools.

2. Check whether the mechanical equipment parts are in good condition. For example, whether the connecting bolts and nuts of each component are firmly connected, whether the bearing is lubricated, and whether the worn parts should be replaced in time.

3. Check whether the grounding system of the motor is firm, and remove the rust if it is seriously rusted.

4. Check the worm gear reducer, safety coupling and clutch. Remove oil dirt and add gear oil. Check the wear of the worm gear and worm, and replace it when the gear is thinner or has grooves. The safety coupling shall not be loosened or adjusted easily.

5. Check carefully that the locking nut buckle of the steel strand shall be free from such defects as broken head and loose sleeve, and the steel strand itself shall be free from bias, loose strand, broken wire, hard injury, depression, corrosion and obvious wear, and pay special attention to the rope splitter and the clamp of the steel strand. In order to prevent the steel strand from rusting and reduce the wear between the steel strands and between the steel strand and the drum and pulley, the anti rust grease can be coated on the steel strand with a hard brush.

6. Check the limit switch and the power cable for compression, clamping, damage, etc.

（2） Mobilization maintenance

1. The maintenance personnel shall keep in mind the structure of the lifting high pole lamp and the purpose of its maintenance.

2. The operating personnel shall wear work clothes and safety helmets and obey the on-site command. The maintenance personnel on the lamp panel shall wear safety belts and long ropes for transportation in case of lack of tools.

3. Clean up the site, set up a security cordon, and prohibit staff from passing and staying within 30 meters.

4. Lower the lamp panel, and the lifting of high pole lamp shall be operated by professional technicians.

5. Remove the power wiring.

6. Lift the lamp pole with a crane and remove the bolts and nuts. Place the lamp pole horizontally on the ground for maintenance and replacement.

7. After maintenance and replacement, lift, install and fix the lamp pole.

8. Power wiring. Before connecting the power supply, check the power incoming line, grounding wire of the motor and the electrical connection of the control system again to see if they are firm and reliable.

9. After lifting the lamp panel twice, check whether each part is abnormal. The lifting of lamp panel shall comply with: (1) The lifting system shall be flexible in transmission, and the stable lifting speed shall be less than 0.2 m/s; (2) The automatic hook is flexible and the limit switch is accurate and reliable.
