1. During the preparation stage, carefully count all the components according to the loading and packing list, check whether they are damaged, bent, twisted, and whether the zinc layer is damaged. Pay attention to the signs on each rod body to indicate the type of rod body, order number, and number of sections. , Mark the weight of the rod body with a color pen on the inside of the rod body, check whether the delivery is correct, whether the lifting capacity of the crane is sufficient, etc. In addition, according to the maximum and minimum socket lengths provided on the drawing, make a mark on the rod body for sleeves use when receiving.

2. During the installation process, each splicing point provides a socket length, but due to the influence of manufacturing, installation errors and physical factors, there is a change in the socket length, so a larger socket length and a minimum socket length are provided. To facilitate installation, it may be necessary to lubricate the mating surfaces. Be careful not to use lubricating oil to prevent leakage and contamination of the rod body. You can lubricate the inner and outer surfaces of the sleeve with soapy water. Apply the necessary force at both ends to obtain a tight socket at the end of the socket.

3. When installing, it should be noted that the fixing nut connecting the lifting beam must be tightened with a wrench. It is often seen that the lamp head of the outdoor high-pole lamp is drooping down, because the screw is not fixed. Falling down will also cause personal injury. The led high pole light pole is generally composed of two or three sections of steel pipes. The insertion depth of the two light poles should not be less than 60cm. The position of the fixed hook at the top is basically composed of three M14 or M16. The screws are linked together. It should be noted during installation that these three screws must be stainless steel screws. Many LED high pole light manufacturers have ignored them and used ordinary iron galvanized screws. After a long time, the latter will be seriously rusted. Causes difficulty in decoupling or cannot be decoupled. After the problem of the high-pole light fixture, the lamp panel cannot be lifted normally. If the LED lamp is installed on the lamp panel of the high-pole lamp, the driving power behind the lamp is divided into zero wire, live wire, and ground wire. When wiring, the ground wire must be connected to the pre-arranged main cable. If the driving power If the ground wire is not connected, there is a certain chance that it will be burned in a thunderstorm. It is also necessary to pay attention to the handling of the terminal. The wire joint must be tinned, then wrapped with insulating tape, and then covered with a flame-retardant wax tube. The purpose is to avoid the rapid aging of the line under the exposure of high temperature and rain, resulting in high The pole light is shorted. Some manufacturers do not consider that the plastic powder on some steel pipes is insulating, and the lightning rod is sprayed with plastic powder, and the lightning rod has no conductive effect. If such a problem is found during installation, the installer must be informed. At the top, thoroughly scrape the plastic powder from top to bottom at least 25cm, and then at the interface of the rain cap and the lightning rod, use the lightning rod fixing top wire to top off the plastic powder of the lightning rod, so as to conduct electricity normally.
