Phase 1: Application acceptance

The applicant shall provide the information to CQC as required.

After the applicant pays, please fill out the payment voucher as required.

Phase 2: Data Review

During the data review stage, the product certification engineer needs to divide the application into units.

After unit division, if sample testing is required, the product certification engineer will send a sample delivery notice and corresponding payment notice to the applicant. At the same time, the applicant will be notified to send a sample acceptance notice to the corresponding testing agency.

Stage 3: Sample reception for sample delivery

The sample is directly communicated to the designated testing agency by the applicant.

After the applicant pays, please fill out the payment voucher as required.

The testing agency shall conduct acceptance on the samples received, fill in the sample acceptance report, and issue a sample rectification notice for unqualified samples. After rectification, a sample acceptance report shall be filled out.
