Based on the relevant formulas and concepts of mechanics, the design and calculation method of the lifting system of high pole lamp panel composed of fixed pulley, movable pulley, gear, axle, reducer, motor, etc. is given rationally, so as to provide a positive role for the conception and design of the lamp panel and its lifting system in the domestic high pole lamp lighting technology.
1. Lifting method of lamp panel
As shown in Figure 1, three separate steel cables are connected to the lifting iron plate through three groups of fixed pulley blocks (two fixed pulleys for each group) fixed on the pole top bracket, and one end of the main steel cable is fastened to the inner wall of the pole root. The other end passes through the movable pulley under the lifting iron plate and is coiled on the axle of the winch unit.
2. Design calculation of power transmission
Setting: The maximum weight of the lamp panel is 460kg (Note 1). Efficiency of fixed sliding shaft of single row radial ball bearing η 0 ≥ 0.93, the three steel cables for lifting the lamp panel span two fixed pulleys in the triangular support at the top of the pole respectively
