In response to the global financial crisis, the Central Development and Reform Commission has allocated 4 trillion yuan, along with local financial support, and it is expected that more than 10 trillion yuan will be invested in national transportation, supporting enterprises, and improving infrastructure. Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China has launched the "Ten Cities Ten Thousand LED Street Lamp Semiconductor Lighting Application Project" nationwide. With this strong momentum, the semiconductor lighting industry, which has always received government support, will be a great opportunity for development. Many enterprises are optimistic about the development space of this sunrise industry, especially the obvious energy-saving advantages of semiconductor outdoor lighting. In the past two years, many companies that have rushed to the market, without much understanding of the characteristics of semiconductor road lighting production, have simulated, imitated, and produced various "snake head" shapes along the current conventional lighting street lights. At one time, "a hundred schools of thought contend, a hundred flowers bloom" products have been pushed to the market. After two years of testing on the road, most products have varying degrees of problems.
Specifically manifested in:
1. Due to a lack of understanding of the requirements for the working conditions of LED light sources, the light attenuation is severe, even leading to dead lights.
2. Insufficient understanding of road lighting requirements, difficulties in scientific point light source optical light distribution, and neglect of the importance of color temperature in road lighting can easily cause glare, zebra effect, and in environments with severe air pollution and rainy and foggy weather, the phenomenon of light on the ground not being bright enough.
3. Insufficient understanding of ensuring LED working conditions and the technical nature of power supply has led to frequent product failures on the power supply.
4. The concept of the practical application of LED street lights on roads is unclear, and the blind comparison with high-power gas discharge lamps results in the production of ultra high power LED street lights at no cost, making it difficult to promote unrealistic and expensive street light products.
5. The vague requirements for road lighting and inadequate consideration of actual use and maintenance have led to resistance from direct use owners.
