However, the plug connection will be affected by many factors. For example, high rod lights are usually made of two or four plugs. During the insertion process, if the insertion operation is incorrect or the insertion direction error, this will make the total height of the high rod lamp installation, especially when it is at the bottom. 1. First of all, let's take a look at the bottom, that is, the part with a convex edge to see if it is vertical, and there is a simplest way to measure whether it is vertical. The operation method is to tie heavy objects with thin nylon rope. At a position of about 10 meters from the high rod light, hold the upper part of the nylon rope with your hands to reduce the gravity naturally, and then keep the nylon rope away from your eyes. At a 20 -centimeter position, through the vertical line of the nylon rope with one eye, piercing the bottom of the high rod lamp up and down. If this method is used in the four directions of the east, west, and south, and there is no problem, the verticality of the lower part is very good. If the lower part of the high rod light is not parallel to the nylon rope, it should be adjusted in time; otherwise, even if the line segment is high, the top will not be vertical. The oblique direction can be described as "the lower light is not straight, the upper beam is bent".
2. Check whether the plug -in is in place. Generally, whether it is a high rod light, a communication tower or a beautification tower, all steel pipes that need to be inserted will have theoretical insertion depth in the design. If the actual insertion depth is very different from the theoretical insertion depth (more than 20 cm), the installation may be incorrect. Only when the depth is sufficient can the vertical effect be effectively guaranteed.
3. If the lower part is determined to be vertical, the other parts will be inserted in place. If it is still uneven, there is only one possibility in this case, that is, the connection direction error. Because most of the high rod lights in Shenzhen are designed as an octagonal rod, high -rod lamp manufacturers will conduct a series of tests before the finished high -rod lamp leave the factory. After each step of successfully completing the debugging series, the installer should mark a certain position on the body of the high rod light rod to ensure that the construction team can be installed correctly. If it is not assembled in the direction of the mark, even if the lower part is vertical and inserted in place, it may cause irregular situations.
