The purpose of the whole type thin solar street lamp is to have a fashionable appearance and light sense. Therefore, the thinnest part of the main body is planned to be 3 mm in thickness, and the overall streamline transition plan is selected for the shape, connecting the thinnest part with the thickest part to make the product more light and flowing in visual sense, and more like a whole body. The length width ratio is planned in gold proportion (as shown in Figure 3). A space of 1800cm 2 is planned at the rear end of the lamp to place batteries and controllers. The shape of the cavity is modeled by two cavities with different widths and heights, showing the layering of the lamp and highlighting its lines and aesthetic sense. The outdoor spray paint is selected for the exterior, and the color can be sprayed according to the customer's requirements, so that the exterior can achieve a better visual effect (the color can be planned in combination with various occasions).

Connecting method of lamp body and street lamp pole

The tail of the lamp body is planned to be in the shape of an arc hoop, and a mesh stiffener with a thickness of 5 mm is added at the bottom to enable the lamp to accept a larger component. The planning method of pre installed bolts with tension spring structure and double pressing plates is adopted at the tail of the lamp body to connect and fix the lamp with a round lamp pole with a diameter of 50~70mm. Simply put the lamp into the lamp pole, adjust the level, and then tighten the pressing plate bolts with a wrench to complete the installation of the lamp, which is convenient, fast, safe and solid. The center distance between the two pressing plates is 160mm, which can effectively avoid the danger of lamps falling and hurting people due to improper operation of workers during the installation.
