The lamps and lanterns in this plan are mainly used for various rural roads, auxiliary traffic roads, residential areas, park roads, and places without light shielding but not easily powered to provide road lighting at night. According to the planning experience, the planned light source power is 20W. 36 "Philips" PHILIPS LUMILEDS LUXEON 5050M high efficiency lamp beads plus "Darko" DK173-36H1-45 * 63-TP II-S lens are used for lamp beads. The power of each lamp bead is 0.6W, and the luminous efficiency can reach about 140 lm/W. The lamp is equivalent to about 50W energy-saving lamp (60lm/W), which meets the requirements of lamp planning and can also extend the service time of the lamp. The structural planning of the lamp body and the installation method of the lamp bead and lens are shown in Figure 5.
(1) LED light source and lens adopt embedded device method, which has better waterproof effect (lamp plate and lens, waterproof silica gel strip are inserted into the groove of the lamp body, and fixed with M3 flat head screw device). Compared with the existing lenses on the market, they are directly locked on the plane of the lamp body, which has the advantage of avoiding the impact on the waterproof function of the lamp due to workers' improper operation and untightened screws. Sometimes the accumulated water at the edge of the product directly enters the lens due to rain, and water vapor is generated after the rain stops, causing damage to the light source. The planning effectively reduces the maintenance amount caused by such problems, thus reducing the cost of protection.
(2) The connection at the back of the light source is made of glass fiber connecting wire board made of FR-4 material. After the device is fixed in the connecting wire board slot planned for the lamp body, the waterproof potting glue is poured in. The device is convenient and beautiful, and has good waterproof effect.
