(1) The top of the high pole lamp of the lifting mechanism shall be equipped with lightning rod, protective cover, pulley block with 60 ° distribution and hook system with 120 ° distribution. The protective cover can prevent the rain from entering the lamp pole and bypass the lifting system roller and other components from embroidering due to rain. The pulley block is used to bypass the steel cable and the cable from the groove. The hook system is arranged in a very scientific and reasonable way. When the light panel falls, the lifting system can be controlled to make the hook rotate by itself, so as to ensure the safe and stable unloading of the wire rope after completing the action of the lifting system and increase the service life of the wire rope.

(2) In the rectangular cavity at the bottom of the high pole lamp of the lifting mechanism, in addition to the electrical control system, the lifting system such as the motor is also installed. The electrical control system is installed in the lamp pole, which can avoid the fault of the lifting system movement caused by the harsh outdoor environment. The electrical control system is equipped with various circuit overvoltage protection safety devices. Copper based silver plating is widely used as the conductor of circuits in the system to effectively ensure good contact of electrical connections.

(3) The lifting system of the high pole lamp of the lifting mechanism drives the lifting system of the lamp panel through the motor, (electromagnetic brake type) worm gear reducer, safety coupling, main wire rope, auxiliary wire rope, rope splitter, movable pulley block and other components. The worm gear reducer has strong self-locking capacity, tight transmission and large transmission ratio. In order to reduce the worm gear and worm gear ratio and the rising torque, a group of movable pulleys are specially added to make the speed of the lifting system of the lamp panel less than 0.2m/s.

(4) The high pole lamp of the lifting mechanism is equipped with manual and electric lifting system control modes, so that the lamp panel can be safely and stably lowered to 2.5 meters above the ground, which is convenient for maintenance. The length of the outgoing line of the manual remote control device is 10 meters. The operator controls the lifting system of the lamp panel at 5 meters to ensure the life safety of the operator.
