7. Apply for certification of the product's Chinese nameplate and warning mark (in duplicate);
8. Apply for certification of the product's Chinese user manual;
9. Explanation of differences between different models of products within the same application unit;
10. Appearance photos of each model of product within the same application unit (in duplicate);
11. Other relevant information required when needed (if there is a CB test report, please provide it).

1. Application for mandatory product certification;
2. Product assembly diagram and electrical schematic diagram;
3. Apply for certification of the product's Chinese nameplate and warning mark (in duplicate);
4. Apply for certification of the product's Chinese user manual;
5. Explanation of differences between different models of products within the same application unit;
6. Appearance photos of each model of product within the same application unit (in duplicate);
7. Other relevant information required when needed (if there is a CB test report, please provide it).
